Urban Grace is a church that seeks to live in view of the Gospel as a city within the city – understanding culture, loving people, and displaying the Glory of God with our transformed lives. We are located in Oakland and seek to reach the East Bay and the ends of the Earth.

In many ways, our name defines who we are: we live in an urban context that has many needs – relational, social, cultural, economic, and spiritual, among others – and we believe God extends His grace in cities and throughout the world for the purpose of renewal, through the person of Jesus Christ. He is the most important Person in our lives and our identity is found in Him and Him alone!
